I am a barrister and attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Ontario, Canada and Trinidad & Tobago, respectively. I am also a registered trademark agent in Canada, and an IP agent in Trinidad & Tobago.

My general areas of practice in both jurisdictions include administrative law, contracts (drafting & negotiation), entertainment law, human rights, intellectual property, professional discipline and sports law. I have published widely in most of those fields, and am ranked in the top 1% of authors worldwide on the Social Science Research Network.

In 2010, I was awarded the "Young Practitioner Award" by the South Asian Bar Association (Toronto). I am also the founder of the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot and the Donald G. Bowman National Tax Moot; and am listed in the 2016 Lexpert Guide to the leading US/Canada cross-border corporate lawyers in Canada as a “Corporate Lawyer to Watch”.
